Accordingly, ISUEPOLICE.COM has found another solution. We are a new business working from our home office and need FUNDING for in-house lawyers to operate more effectively. I received my first call in October 2021. At the time, there was one lawyer working with me and we were focusing on illegal strip searches of Aboriginal people and also children in NSW. Less than five weeks after that first phone call, I have received almost 200 enquiries from victims of police abuse. Very quickly I realised it was not sustainable for the Australian TAX PAYER for me to run a business getting RICH off the backs of victims of police abuse. Certainly not when I am a victim and survivor of police abuse myself, and definitely not in my own country. I also thought it would be a much more noble thing to and I am a good person, despite what the police have done to my family and I.
I have VERY BIG plans for ISUEPOLICE.COM including funding a 24/7 police abuse and Trauma assistance line for victims of police abuse. Many people I have spoken with over the last few weeks NEED that service. If you are an organisation that can help make that happen as soon as possible, I would like to hear from you.

At isuepolice.com we know that it is wrong to drag a victim of police abuse through court for years only for them to receive very little money. It is very wrong that our Government does that to us, when all most victims want is to be recognised and a fair and reasonable settlement as soon as possible. We are not asking for much. There is evidence that forcing victims of police abuse to fight in court for years, only to receive very little money causes further trauma to the victim. I know this to be true from personal experience as I have sued the police several times while studying Law at Charles Sturt University, the same university that teaches the cops. It was very draining and took an emotional toll, as you can probably tell from reading this.
In one of my cases, it cost the TAXPAYER more than $100,000 in legal fees plus police time and resources when all I wanted was $10,000 for an unlawful strip search in a dark alley.
My Government did that to me, even though they knew I was a victim of very serious and grave and long term police abuse, after I was force fed-fed drugs and locked up in solitary confinement for three weeks because of a bent cop and the corrupt NSW Fixated Person Investigations Unit and also a corrupt politician that helped her son hire a DEFAMATION LAWYER to try and sue me personaly, the very victim of his abuse, isuepolice.com and truecrimeweeklynews.com for exposing the truth and trying to repair my reputation. (More on that below.)
The negotiation I am in with the State of NSW currently over those events, will be a very fair and reasonable settlement for my family and I, and it will save the TAXPAYER at least $4.5 million in legal fees and additional resources, which isuepolice.com could have pocketed ourselves but chose not to do. So as you now see, we are VERY GOOD and VERY NOBLE people, doing our part for our country and vicitms of police abuse. We also love our jobs.

INFORMATION ABOUT THE CLIENT INTAKE FORM
Our Client intake survey asks you some very clear, real and emotional questions about the police. If you have a friend ask you the questions and work through it with you, or even by yourself and take your time, it will really help us get a very clear idea about you and how you feel about police, and a clear statement so we can negotiate a fair settlement for you as soon as possible.
Our aim is to keep fees low and operate efficiently, so you get to keep more of your money from the settlement. If you fill out that form and fill it out well, it saves us almost an entire days work, when it will only take you probably half an hour.

If you have only recently heard of isuepolice.com it is because on February 25 this year, mere weeks after I created isuepolice.com, Corrupt Labor Senator Kristina Keneally's police officer son fabricated a story about me that I threatened to kill police because I said some things about Corrupt NSW Police Commissioner Mick Fuller online that he didn't like. He then caused the NSW Fixated Person Investigations Unit to raid my family home, feed me full of drugs and lock me in solitary confinement for three weeks with the light on 24/7 and prosecute me over it for 4 months even though the Detectives, at the FPIU had listened to the recording that proved my innocence. Instead of doing the right and reasonable thing, they withheld that evidence from me and prosecuted me for over 4 months for a crime they all knew I did not commit on the whim of a couple of corrupt politicians and at least 3 Bent cops. When Truecrimenewsweekly.com and I exposed it, Corrupt Kristina Keneally helped her son hire DEFAMATION LAWYERS to try and silence us and cover up for her son. Across Australia, particulary in NSW, 100's of innocent men, women and children are forced to strip naked by police on the side of the road, every single day. You have probably seen it happen. It's happening to your children. It's happening to your nieces, nephews and friends. It could be happening to you. Some victims are asked to squat, cough or crawl around on all fours with no clothes on in Paddy wagons and in public places like I was. That isn't protecting our community, that is sexual assualt. It is large-scale sexual abuse.
Even if you were only asked to pull your undies or bra forward so they could look inside, that counts as a strip-search.
The police can only do that if the circumstances are so serious and so urgent that a strip-search is justified. That is almost never.

The Police can never, ever strip-search you just because they "think you might have drugs on you" or because of "who your friends are" or because you were "riding a bike without a helmet." The police can never, ever ask you to squat and cough. That is an internal-search and can only be done at Airports and in Hospitals. If they have done this to you, that is a serious sexual assualt and you may be eligible for a substantial, but also very fair settlement as soon as possible.
If you were ever required to take all your clothes off, that could be an illegal search. The police must always make sure that your privacy and dignity is respected during a strip-search. If it was done where other people could see you, that is an illegal search.
